I remember reading that bowl favorites that scored less than 20ppg in the regular season have struggled mightily ATS. Miami averaged 19.5 this year.
Mia players seem to be looking ahead to next year. Mia players seem to be freaking out a/b the cold weather and the blue field.

:mj07: why are they freaking out about the blue field? The cold weather shouldnt be that bad since they have to play BC and VT in conference games

But the MPC Computers Bowl in Boise, Idaho is presenting many of the Canes with a new challenge: frigid weather.
?[The ball] felt like a brick,? receiver Lance Leggett told the Miami Herald after Thursday morning?s practice in 18 degree weather. ?You can`t feel your fingers, and once you catch the ball you can`t get a grip on it.?
The team headed to the mountains after practice and it marked the first time seeing snow for more than half the roster. Many of Miami?s players had fun in the white stuff, but others remained concerned with how the cold will affect the team on New Year?s Eve.
?Everything [was] moving in slow motion out there on the field,? quarterback Kirby Freeman complained to the Herald. ?I told our guys they`ve got to snap out of it, including myself. The cold weather, the mentality, the blue field - I swear, that blue field makes it colder.?
With or without the blue turf at Bronco Stadium, the temperature on Sunday night is expected to reach a low of 23 degrees (pre-wind chill). That might not be the normal playing conditions for the Nevada Wolf Pack either, but the Pack certainly aren?t complaining as loudly as the Canes.
?We had long pants on, long shirts on and full pads and it felt like we were wearing nothing,? guard Derrick Morse told the Palm Beach Post. ?It was ridiculous.?

On a side note, Bodog pisses me off with the lack of moneylines on many games in all sports...
Really like the Vols pick Monday morning, hopefully they have some of that explosiveness they had against Cal and Georgia...

Are you going to the Sugar Bowl Game? Are you playing it? I really think LSU will play fired up, but thats too many points. LSU should be able to score question is can Quinn throw on us? Our Pass D is 3rd but thats misleading since we played strong running teams in conference and cupcakes out of conference. I am thinking over.

I'm going to the game, but will likely not play a side. ND or nothing for me.
Over is tempting b/c LSU should score big, and I would not be surprised if the Irish find some holes in the LSU secondary.

It's funny, Under games are actually usually well played. This thing has 4-5 turnovers that have all turned into points. Oklahoma is not prepared.
