- - Iowa closed the season with two bitter losses at home against border rivals. None of the players experienced the last Bowl win after the 2010 season, and the offense was virtually stoned in last year's Bowl game against LSU, although the preparation and intensity was obvious for 60 minutes. This year there is a nice mix of seniors and underclassmen to respond to the coaching received over the last month. Someone else can extol on the virtues of Tennessee, but I won't be picking against Iowa here.
