Thunder, I'm a HUGE Auburn fan in Birmingham... Not a capper though, which is why I follow you... So finally I might be able to help!
Just my $.02... I think Auburn is taking this game very seriously... & in my opinion, has a lot tiliting in their favor:
1. Chizik has taken over the Defense for the bowl game and made it his baby... Chizik is known to have been a great D coordinator, and I think he will be taking a lot of pride in his defenses output today... I look for a much more disciplined D, with much more "want to" than what we've seen all year.
2. IT's Malzahn's swan song as OC. He cared enough to come back and coach the bowl, when he easily could have walked to concentrate on Arky St. I believe we will see A LOT of Keihl Frazier (true Frosh QB) and I think he'll finally have some of the restraints taken off. I look for a heavy dose of the read draw...
Don't buy into Mike Dyer being gone hurting us too much... He's a great RB, but he's been a plague on the team, and we'll be fine without him.
