I really like this show but have a serious problem with the story's timeline. The entire series to this point has supposedly taken place over only about a year and half. How is that even remotely possible?

Kinda. You assume a certain suspension of disbelief just to watch to begin with. But I can't understand how all these events in the show could possibly happen in such a short span.

Technically, we have seen more than two-years worth of action when you include the flash-forwards that we are racing at breakneck speed towards.

thought it was a bit weird that Jesse so easily came to the realization that his ricin cig had been lifted in the most recent episode - his weed is gone and he sees his pack of cigs and in the distressed mental state he was in that whole thing came to him like that? pretty weak

Agree on this but overall a superb show that keeps you on the edge of your seat with great acting. I think they are trying to hard right now to wrap everything up.

"Season five is split into two parts, each consisting of 8 episodes. The first half premiered on July 15, 2012, while the second half premiered on August 11, 2013."

It's reached a point where I think the only character I like now is Saul ...and his two "helpers".

It's not believable how smart Jesse is one episode only to be so stupid the next. I want to root for him, but he's just not making any sense.
