Where it is real F ing COLD
Brian Flores Situation

My problem with the NFL and maybe this isn?t part of Rooney rule but teams who lose minority coaches and GMs are getting compensated by the league. The Browns are getting a third round pick for losing Kwesi to the Vikings while the Packers and Rams losing coordinators are getting nothing cause they are white. Doesn?t seem fair. Hell if I?m an owner I?m hiring all the good qualified minorities there are and hope we are good enough to move them to other teams. Who am I kidding? If I was owner I?d be meddling like Jones and Snyder and picking my own team and we probably suck!!!

On the course!
Criminals would pay to have you as their Judge.

I never went to law school. I think you have to be an actual lawyer before you can preside over a trial.

I just can't get how people can scream "innocent until proven guilty", while simultaneously saying the accuser is a lying piece of shit. So, I guess the defense would love to have you guys on the bench?

I tend to think Flores allegations against the Broncos sounded fake. Flores telling me that John Elway is some racist piece of shit is Not something I?m just going to believe without proof.

I think that he should be bothered by what happened with the Giants, but part of that is this inane Rooney rule. You wouldn?t have sham black interviewees if there wasn?t a rule forcing you to interview minorities. Giants had their man, but had to interview the other guy. Just like the team that hires Sean Payton next year, they?ll have to interview two black ( or is it minority? ) candidates. They already know who their guy is. To me, the Sham interview is exactly why the Rooney rule was dumb to begin with. If you?re trying to tell me that the Giants are racist organization, I?m just going to laugh unless I see proof. In this case, the proof is that they were conducting an interview after they had realized who their man is for the job solely to meet an absurd league requirement.

As to the Miami situation, I thought it was a shame that he was fired, but then I heard the team statement indicating that Flores was not getting along with tua or the GM, which explains why he was fired.

In terms of the tanking allegations against Miami, I?m not sure what my position is on that at this point. I tend to think the truth lies somewhere in between the team?s account and the Flores version. I would tank for the first round pick, so I Not surprised. Was he offered money to fail, send proof.

Arizona, Colorado, Montana, Nevada, New York, South Carolina, Texas, and Wyoming allow non-lawyer judges to hand down jail sentences.
Go dust off your High School Diploma. "...the honorable Judge yyz presiding." :142smilie
