She also cleans our office bldg on weekend.
--and fills in at Mall store on Sunday if needed.
Her main employer has free membership to gym for employees--and she works out couple hours 3 days a week after work-and attends WKU english classes 3 days a week before going to work.

She in process of depleting her savings of $60,000 by 50% by buying her 1st rental property in China.

Not bad for person who came here 4 years ago with very limited communication skills (english)
Her best assets are attitude and ambition--her mindset--
WOW --the land of opportunity:00hour

-while others been here generations--and can always find excuse why they can't find a job/make ends meet.

If she's not worth 1/2 mill minimum on her own merits by age 50 I'll be very surprised--she turned 34 yesterday
