hello to old friends in the madjack universe. alive and well on the pamlico sound dividing my time between the inner banks and outer banks. looking at the wolfpack's game today and, if i'm correct. c mich will take the field today missing their #1 rb, #1 and #2 qbs and #2 wr on offense and top 3 dts and starting db on defense. c mich was picked to finish 4th in the mac west preseason - where do they stand now? wolfpack off long week with at wake on tap, home fans will want doeren after lackluster offensive games vs clemson and richmond.

Took State at-23.5 for the game and -13.5 in first half.
Last spring I spent several days at Hatteras. Stopped at a Seafood Truck outside Columbia Seafood Market and had a great scallop/shrimp meal. Enjoyed many a hour sitting up top at Howard's Pub in Ocacroke.

regular on ocracoke. howards hasnt been the same since the owner buffy died a few years back and the mgr steve left shortly thereafter. dont miss fresh fish sandwich and cold beer on the docks at smacknallys. after hours locals hit gaffers.
Can't believe they actually close Howard's .No more being open 365 days a year. Buffy fell off his boat? I first started going to Avon in 1978 when it was a fishing village.
actually buffy was a little tipsy and fell one night getting onto his boat. broken neck i believe. great guy though, very popular with the locals, unlike his widow, the current owner.
