made it DAY 1 again and it was a test.....
I work at a resort bar in the Keys and found myself in a smokers heaven, CARTONS of CIGARETTES everywhere....Generics looked as good as the name brand.........kept hearing that tune....'Smoke, smoke, smoke them cigarettes....'
Made it, carried 6 cartons and looked at hundreds
.....try to keep telling myself I can do it on a airline flight, pre and post flight...5 hours or more...get through the next hour. Sleep..no smokes...hours add up to days.
Left everything at home today but my DL.. same routine tomorrow.....no CC, no ATM card, no Cash......and no cigs!!!!!!
Monday maybe a test, day off....
Just set my clocks, that hour was a breeze....

Totally fell off the wagon tonight. I think I have to eliminate girls who smoke from the dating pool b/c that's just too much to overcome! I'll be back tomorrow to try again.

Hey, no one said it was easy but it is now officially two weeks since I quit, thanks to Jack's challenge. It is easier every day and I encourage you to stick it out because I did and it is the best feeling I've had in a very long time.

That's the worst part... I didn't. However, the groundwork is in place for it to go down in the near future! I had about five smokes over the course of the night and was regretting it as soon as I left. And of course, again in the morning when I was hacking up phlegm. That alone should be motivation to not smoke... just that shitty feeling the next morning.
yeh but if you had told her you had quit it would have been the

Just for future referance it will be better to find a lady that does not smoke. It will make your life so much easier.
