No he’s not confused. He’s full of shit and he’s lying. No book in the world graded that a winner. Then he tried to tell me a live bet is different than an in game bet. They are the same thing.

Back in the day second half bets were not considered live bets. They were graded based on the scoring that took place in the second half. Or quarters. For quarter bets. Overtime bets Etc. I’m sure you are both talking about different two things.
