I'm not correct.... the point of your post was syr games under 130...... it's not 3-6 or 4-5.... your #'s were way off. .... syr was on a 6-0 run when gms went under 130 scored....

Louisville CAUSES 18 TOS A GAME- BUT MI IS NUMBER 1 IN THE COUNTRY IN HOILDING ONTO THE BALL- THEY JUST PREPARED AGAINST A TEAM IN VCU THAT PLAYS LIKE THE CARDS- WARE WAS A STUD IN THIS PRESS ESPECIALLY IN THE BACK END- VERY PHYSICAL ATHLETIC GUY THAT COMPENSATED FOR MISTAKES IN THE PRESS= GREAT D WISE- THIS IS WHY PATINO LAID OFF WICHITA- HE KNEW THEY WOULD GET BEHIND DENG AND THE PRESS REALLY WOULD NOT BE EFFECTIVE-MICH IS NUMBER 4 IN THE COUNTRY IN O EFFICIENCY -I THINK THE PRESS WILL NOT BE EFFECTIVE- MI JUST DOES NOT TURN THE BALL OVER THE CARDS ARE ALSO 190th AGAINST THE 3 POINTER -WARD IS THE SECOND BEST D GUY THEY HAVE AND VERY PHYSICAL- HE ALSO IS THE FIESTY ONE ON THE TEAM- MICH I THINK WILL RUN IT SLOW TAKE THERE OPEN SHOTS LIKE WICHITA. DIFFERENCE WAY MORE TALENT ADD IN THE FROSH IN THE MIDDLE WHO I THINK EATS UP DENG -KID HAS GREAT FOOT WORK AND REALLY CHANGES SHOTS IN THE PAINT- CARDS HAVE PATINO ,AND SMITH -BOTH ADVANTAGES BESIDES THAT I LIKE MI

I think you got this one nailed. Louisville isn't very deep, so any foul trouble could be big trouble for them.
Louisville not very deedp?:nono: that has been there big strength this whole tourney that they are mad deep....
don't disagree with Mich as the play, but you have to be very careful comparing VCU press to Louisville. Many experts think since UM shredded VCU that the Lville press won't disrupt them. But consider...
1. VCU is a go-for-broke press that doesn't recover very well back in the half court. They also have no shot blocker to make up for any mistakes like LVille has Dieng.
2. In that game vs. VCU, they really couldn't use the press as often as they like too. They shot just 39% from the field and didn't get the chance to set it up.
3. Despite all of this, Burke STILL had 7 TOs in that game.
Michigan might cover. The might win. And they might have success vs. the UL press. But if anyone thinks Burke is just gonna weave through the press like a set of folding chairs and drop it off to McGrady for a dunk every time, I wouldn't count on it.

OK. What am I missing ? I see them 8 deep at best. Last game 5 guys played 36, 34, 31, 30, 29 minutes. The rest of the team combined for 40 minutes total. :shrug:
Excluding foul trouble does it really matter how DEEP teams are anymore with all the time outs? :shrug:
