No. Ive not seen professional help. I'm too strong of person to go that route. I'm the one who dug this hole and I'm the one one who will climb out.

You can change to whoever you want yourself to be. You already proved that to yourself before. No, it's not easy but you already know that. It's does get easier and easier the longer you stay away from whatever it is you want to get away from. You know how to get in touch with me if I can help out.

Asking for help doesn't make you weak. It can help you expedite the change, and that's what you're really looking for. Good luck.

AGREE!!!

Takes a strong person to take that first step. Asking for help and knowing you need it is not weak AT ALL. It shows that you understand that there is a problem and that you want to change.
