Common sense might also tell you that all of that testing and world class medical care at their finger tips helped prevent severe complications from developing.

And I still do not understand why some vaccinated are worried about being around unvaxxed with natural immunity. The vaccine does not prevent spread. In fact, in The UK, the numbers indicate it doesn?t affect the spread at all. I?ll link the stats. So being vaccinated should be enough since the vaccines are so effective at keeping us from severe illness

I can?t state it enough, the vaccines are incredible. Mr. Trump was able with super funding to get this done. I did not believe he could do it. In fact, when Biden, Harris and almost every major democratic figure poo-pooed the vaccines as being rushed through by Mr. Trump, I agreed with them. I was totally wrong, those vaccines are wildly effective at saving lives and were somehow ready to go in 2020. Phenomenal stuff. I know they are effective by looking at the statistics which plainly tell the tale. Very obvious despite me not having any medical background whatsoever that lives are being saved by vaccines. Now, I want to see the same statistics on natural immunity. Let?s put it all out there so that we all know by looking at empirical data whether or not our immune system?s are able to do their job when it comes to fighting Covid.

Until then, I will continue to say that those with natural immunity who are unvaccinated are being discriminated against by municipal vaccine mandates in New Orleans, New York, San Francisco and soon to be Los Angeles

I will admit that I have not looked at any recent studies. However, if you are vaccinated that should reduce your contagious period thereby reducing spread. That is why it's fucking irritating when you have people refusing the vaccine. It keeps the virus moving around at a faster speed.

Cie doesn?t know any doctors who think natural immunity should be forgotten. Me neither. Who cares; So what? Only a moron would discount natural immunity or the hope for a herd immunity.

How about this? I?ll bet I know personally more physicians than anybody on this site, and I don?t know any who think adults should NOT get the vaccine. At least half were Trump supporters before anybody says they are all ?liberals?. I do know some who think children don?t need them at this time. I don?t either.

I blame all this vaccine hesitancy/conspiracy bs on Donald Trump. All he had to do was keep his mouth shut, not be a complete asshat constantly, not post anything but inspirational thoughts on Twitter, and capitalize on what was accomplished with Operation Warpspeed. Had he done these things, he would have been re-elected by a comfortable margin, he could have continued to build on vaccine utilization, and his constituents would all be vaccinated and happy under 4 more years of his leadership. Since he acted the way he did, we have what we have now. A worse outbreak of covid and a huge host of anti vaxers. Not to mention the biggest boob to ever be in the White House (besides Trump), Joe Biden :facepalm:
