MSM on a sidenote many of these China stocks I have are followed by .pk but they are much diff than US pink sheets as many have huge trading volumn and all the ones I have pay dividends.
If one wanted to try and hit home run at very small risk the one I have that is only one to go down in value this year has good chance in my view. Denway Moters at about 34 cents a share. While you can't find squat on this stock in US publications it is quite legit and PricewaterhouseCoopers does their auditing so you get pretty reliable view. well what a pleasent surprise and what a dummy I am. Thought Denway Motors lost half its value in day months ago but after checking today I found out it split 2 for 1

I wouldn't buy them through broker--cost to much per price of stock--and wouldn't recommend these types of stocks to build portfolio around--just mad money speculation.
It is ironic that yahoo and others not having any charts on these in past and low and behold today for 1st time I've witnessed they have volumn and movement (- 3 cents a share)--strange ????

WMC was bought out for cash by BHP, by the way 1 WMC ADR=4 ordinary shares.
the ADR stopped trading due to the takeover June 29, 2005. you should be getting either cash or BHP ADRs.
these items are still getting wrapped up, and should be closed soon would think this month. however you may want to phone your broker (even a discount), should be able to tell you cash or stock.
would want to know the exact timeline, you may also want to contact bhp if your broker is no help.

Denway Motors Ltd (DENMF.PK) is very low price stock and pays dividends. This stock continually flucuates about 8 cents back and forth. I thought I might be smart enough to venture into day trading (month trading would be more appropriate) on stock I had followed for so long. So bought several shares through my American Express brokerage account (now called Ameriprise)
While trades in this account -my SEP-are generally free because of low volumn of trades and 3 free a month--I was surprised to see I was charged $500 plus for buying.THEN I find out they charge .03 cents a share extra for all shares over a 1000.Then I try to sell in 999 share blocks when price warrants and trades don't go through-find out that sales are in 1000 share blocks which made little sense to me-I call them (1st time in years) and explain the trap they have me in--and they agree to remove the .03 cents but I have to phone and can't do it online.
I am curious if other brokerage houses do this?

DTB great returns, if I ever list 8 stocks there is always one that seems to blow up. PTR has done well; find that when I filled up at the gas pumps complained less than ussual, just thought of the returns of the oil companies.
$500 for commissions seems a large amount to pay, believe if you shop around could have got .01 or .005. one of the main disadvantages with day trading though is the commish.
one time thought found a pattern on a stock and made a quick 8% did this twice, the downside was that after sold it the second time went up 40%.

$500 for commissions seems a large amount to pay, believe if you shop around could have got .01 or .005. one of the main disadvantages with day trading though is the commish.
one time thought found a pattern on a stock and made a quick 8% did this twice, the downside was that after sold it the second time went up 40%.

Thanks Kirk--I'm not smart enough or on top of things enough to be day trader but just thought I'* try one I knew a little about.
April 15th(SEP contribution) sneaking up --keep a lookout for a few nuggets for me.
Will head back to China in Aug or Sept and sniff around--still looking for public company to clean up their water. Would be quite lucrative to my thinking--their have VERY serious prob with water polution.

This is up to .35 from .25.nice 40% bang. A very large, respected University has 5% of their endowment money in this stock.
