I was at a birthday party with my son last year at CEC. I have stated on several occasions that the place is ZERO different than a casino... except for the part about the customers actually having a shot of winning something.
Every game there is geared around putting money in to get an "earned" number of tickets back to trade in for "prizes".
I don't know if the lawsuit has any real ground, but I understand the sentiment.
You have to go into one of these joints to see it. There are no arcade games just for the sake of playing a game. They are all different versions of slot machines.
No kidding.
