I have been invited to a CAO Criollo Cigar Launch Dinner @ a nice resturant (The Palm).
I have smoked a few cigars in my time. I am not a big fan of them but this will be a great evening to see and be seen. I know the basics and I have even purchased a half-dozen in martini bars to enjoy with company that enjoyed them on a regular basis. I have smoked (sorry for spelling) Romeo e Juliete? and Altoro Fuente Punch? Mostly lighter stuff....
Can any Madjackers that are Cigar smokers give me any advice about cigars or give me a few bits of conservation about them so I don't look like a complete dumbass.
Anything would help. Here is an excerpt of the invite:
CAO, The Palm, and Uptown's Smoke Shop
cordially invite you to the Nashville CAO Criollo Cigar Launch Dinner. ?In addition to an exquisite dinner, guests will receive three complimentary CAO Criollo Cigars
(recently rated "OUTSTANDING" by Cigar Insider, and one of the most sought-after cigars of 2003).
I will gladly ship one of the three "freebies" to the MJer that gives the best advice.
