you mean you don't even drink coffee?

I stopped drinking coffee in mid-December to see if I could.

I miss it some mornings because I liked the act of drinking it, but surprisingly I haven't missed the caffeine after the fisrt 3-4 days.

I have not had any caffeine since right after the New Year. In early December, I would have two large cups of coffee in the morning. Then I would have 1-3 Cherry Coke Zeros throughout the day.

How is caffeine-free working out for you, healthwise.

It's hard to say exactly what the caffeine has contributed to at this point because yesterday was my last day of a 3-week food/alcohol detox as well. But my energy is not as peak & valley as it was.

For the last three weeks, I have consumed no alcohol, dairy, gluten, or processed food. Basically fresh fruits & vegetables with fish and limited non-processed chicken/turkey.

The reason I started this was because I have felt like crap for a while. Just dragging.

5 days into the detox, my back pain that has persisted for over 10 years had gone away completely. My guess is that a food group that was eliminated was causing inflammation. Today starts the re-introduction of food groups to try and determine which one it is.

Going to drink a few locally brewed beers to see if it's gluten. I sure hope not!

amazing product here, i highly, highly recommend the cafe luna blend but their single farm sourced organic stuff is pretty amazing too. very reasonable price for off the charts quality coffee.
