They're both harmful. Alcohol is worse.

And both are not as harmful as religion.

Cocaine and Alcohol both give me headaches the next day. I have not done cocaine for ages (like the last decade) and only tried it a few times in my life. I'm a social drinker but laid off alcohol for about six months this year. Don't see too much harm in smoking pot but who wants to pay those ridiculous prices.
