Think what you want. Feel what you want. Manning is DONE. Something is WROOONG with him. Just got a text from Hashish, and he says hello to all and he has had a good day selling Coors light at the stadium.

"the bunker"
looks like peyton is afraid to stretch the field.......all dinks and dunks.....seems like the colts have no fear of anything over the top...

4th and 8 and Manning throws a 4 yard pass to Anderson to come up short..... Manning 21-40 for 152 yards(3.8 YPA).....At least Manning doesn't have to go to Foxboro in January to lose...

Interesting, Old School, and agree completely with you on player safety. But just to say that Unders hit at a strong cliip is not to say that the game has not been affected in terms of offense vs defence. After all, the linesmakers are not stupid and may have adjusted their over/under numbers to reflects the changed game.

Have the Totals trended upwards over the last years? Just sayin....I know you are keen on opinions based on facts. :popcorn2

you are correct..lines makers still did a good job...in a sample this size it could have just the opposite and it would not indicate in any shape or form that the scoring reflected the results.

totals did trend upwards ...but again the results were not out of wack given the sample size..

bottom line...we see great players week after week because the are not in the hospital because of hits by the athletes now who are heat seeking rockets ..

bigger faster and more willing to harm someone to make millions upon millions of dollars.

therefore the league was left w/no choice..protect the players from themselves and protect their investment.

great question..hope I answered it with enough clarity
