You are expected to renew all programming for two years after your "special pricing" expires. You will be expected to renew the Sunday Ticket at full price for two years. You'll see brother, you'll see. You don't have to take my word for it, listen to the nice person that sold you that shit. I am sure they told you everything, they seem like a very honest company, which would explain the BBB downgrading them twice in the last year. That their pricing and dishonesty is so prevalent their competitors use it as a marketing tool was enough of a red flag to me that I asked questions and found out exactly what I am telling you right now. Pricing is different in areas though, so I am sure you'll be fine. I wouldn't worry about it at all. Maybe you are the exception? :0008

Your Sunday Ticket is free this year? Or are you stating the terms of the advertisement? Basic programming is $89.00 without any HD or movie channels and the football is only free this year right? So next year you have to pay the $599 fee? I can beat it anywhere on the planet. I don't miss a game and I don't pay a cent, I stream it for free in HD and no contract.

I renewed my direct tv contract. Told them I was going to the dish for a free IPAD and Hopper. So they compensated me with the Jennie and 20 dollars off for the first 12 months and 15 dollars of the next 12. Didnt want the NFL ticket.

Never go back to comcast.

Simply not true. I was offered it free maybe 3 or 4 years ago and didn't renew and wasn't charged. It simply extends your agreement 2 more years and if you break it then you pay.

you could even open the game and take the code out for Sunday Ticket and sell the game on eBay or something. if you sell the game the week it comes out youll still get $50+ for the game.

I get Dish Network with all movie channels and the NHL center ice, and have Charter internet service. I pay $119 and $29.99 respectively. I stream the Bears game, if I don't go to the wing joint, for free.

I have DISH Netwrok too but no extra movie channels or sports channels. It includes my internet, phone, and dish for $150 a month through Windstream. I have 2 dvrs and 3 tvs hooked up to it.

Comcast sucks real bad. They can go suck it, hope they lose their license nationwide. If you have a dispute with them, they won't give you any money back. They would rather see it end up in court as the filing fees are close to $70 in my county right now which are ridiculous and cable fees are around $130-140. Therefore, it never made sense for me to sue them.

Here is a way to really screw them up though (while you're still a customer with them, or when you're not). Write a letter to the person in your city who is in control of cable communications, outline your griefs with Comcast and how incompetent they are. Tell them you would like something to be done about this like them losing their license to provide cable services in your area or a total reimbursement of the charges you think you are owed. Tell the city manager you would like to file this complaint, you will be contacted by Comcast and they will try to make good by you (if you withdraw the complaint).

They screw everyone and not too many people think about stuff like this. However, cable service providers can only have a certain number of complaints on hand at one time or they will lose their license to provide service in that said area. Try it out, it works. I fucking hate Comcast.

Comcast customer service is horrible. I would never ever go back to the tv service. The newly acquired internet service I had installed works great but the cable laying in my yard from the street to my house that needs buried is an accident just waiting to happen. The installer said it would be buried within 10 days and its been 2 weeks. I have called them each evening to complain and the wait time for a service rep? 1 freaking hour each time! I am on hold right now. 40 min. and counting. Son of a bitch.
