My posted college record is 2-6. I've been using 25% as my win percentage. None of my losses were close, so does that mean that my win percentage is actually worse? Thanks in advance.

Scott,

Yes, I stink, and my plays certainly could never match up to your 4 dime 'Throw it the f*ck down plays' made and paid with monopoly money.

Jack,

You still hung up on that A1 thread? Get over it man!

Annie,

I couldn't have done any worse following you, that for should!

My posted record sucks really bad, too.

I have noticed something that has really worked well for other posters, though.

I think I am going to follow Scott-Atlanta's lead and begin posting the plays after the game is over and let everyone know then how much I bet. Because sometimes, when I post the game before the game, it doesn't turn out so good, but I don't really want to lose the admiration of my peers.

BBC,

Not a bad idea you have there. I'm thinking about pulling a different kind of 'scott-atlanta' from now on. You know, the one where you 'throw it down' on one team and 3 posts later in the same thread 'throw it down' on the team that the original 'throw it down' team is playing, then when the original 'throw it down' team covers, you say that you had it right all along. I like that one.

Dear Santa,

Please give me an original thought this Christmas.

Dear Scott,

If I gave you the thought, it wouldn't be original.

Consider yourself lucky my friend. How would you feel (or would you have any emotion left) if your 6 losses were in OT or lost on last second drives that screwed ya ? I have , shall we say, "some" experience in backing losers , hehe . Let me tell ya , tis' MUCH easier to digest a blowout loss vs. last minute daggers .
One theory could be that you've been in the alternate universe (you know the one , where Bizzaro from the Superman comics lives) , and things have looked backwards at times . ;)
Other possibility , you based your pick on what the right side of your brain was saying when the left was right . DOH !

As for a solution to this unpleasent situation (while unsolicited) is as follows : Do NOT do ANY homework throughout the week , wait until Friday nite (fvck the thurs. game) , start drinking about 11:00 pm, put on some headphones and get the tunes rolling , start your handicapping NOW ! You must POWER drink (that means taking 2 out of the fridge at a time so as not to waste time :) ) Your mind will relax , things will become more focused the harder you drink and the louder the music . By daylight you will have AT A MINIMUM 7 or 8 plays that look JUST BEAUTIFUL !!!! And think of the fun you'll have :D .
The benefits to this plan should be obvious : (a) you'll be happy when you work (i learned that from snow white's friends) , (b) "if" your win rate for the day stays on your median average you'll be too drunk to give a fvck ! :D , (c) it just might work .

As for you detractors my friend .................. :thefinger THEM .

YYZ, LOL!

Global Trance,

Jimmy, that was some funny stuff, man! I don't see your name on the SB party list. You coming out this year? I sure as hell hope so, man!

Redsfann,

LOL. Yeah, hard to figure why that clown gets the flack he does. Thanks much for the comments in that other thread a few weeks ago in the 'Heil Freeze' thread. It got closed before I could respond. I appreciate it.

KCWolf,

Wayne, thanks much, man. That thread that I alluded to is one of the all time greats here at MJ's. lol....hope to see you out there this year, but I did see where you might have a grandchild arriving about that time...congrats on that and hope to see you!

Anders,

Come on bro, I don't think i've ever had any problem with redsfann, or words with him on the forum. If anything, we've been on the same side of many political debates, going back quite a while. :)
