ditto...polamalu is one of thee best football players i`ve ever laid eyes on...and i don`t think i`m exaggerating one iota...

The strange thing is that Lebou puts him deep at saftey for the entire 1st half then brings him up to create havoc in the 2nd half. They have done this all year to mess with offenses. If your not prepared, he can win a game all by himself. :00hour

You know I honestly think that the Ravens caught a really bad break with Hurricane Ike.

I watched all three games between the Ravens and Steelers and the Ravens just didn't look as physical as usual - dare I say, they were pushed around yesterday, which simply was not the case in the first two meetings.

It was the Ravens 18th straight game because of Hurricane Ike, which moved up their bye week to Week 2 instead of Week 10.

On the flip side, the Steelers had a bye week two weeks ago. You can also factor that the Ravens had a much more physical contest in the previous round against the Titans, whereas the Steelers played the Chargers.

The Steelers were just a step ahead of the Ravens yesterday and to me, the freshness factor was the difference.

Also Ravens had to play the extra game on the road in Miami,,,,,,Played a rested Tenn squad (basically a 3 week rest),,,,,,,,then Pitt who played an exhausted SD team traveling on the road after an over-time game vs a HOT Indy team......

Its really amazing Baltimore hung in as long as they did..............:toast:

Reminds me very much of Ronnie Lott in his hay day....can take over an entire game by himself when he wants to. ARI is going to have to come up with some game plan to keep pressure off Warner with this defensive line of PIT. As of now, I just don't see it happening....

we'll figgger sumpn out
