As for tattling on you to AR, just referring to his post a while back saying that you never speak negatively/name call/something or othere to others. Just rekindling that, no biggie, not important. AR does seem to be the conscience of the board, I feel compelled to report things to him...:D

thanks but i'd rather not be.

NO! Keep up the good work, I say. Now THAT'S the sign of a nice guy - the other guy tells him to shut up, yet he ends up apologizing for not being cool. Maybe Chadman is TOO nice.:nono:

Me and chad went at it once i told him his problem was he was to nice. I like this edge he has now. Not nearly over the top like mine but a nice steady pace. Oh and by the way Chad sorry i didn't give you your due in the american Idol thread about picking the winners. I read most post and i always read yours but i must of just followed BDB wagers. Him talking about shares and all that stuff i found it interesting. Nice job on your picks.

Shut your gob, Sponge...:D

Thanks about my Idol guesses. I confess the wife, stepson and I consider watching Idol (followed by House) as being quality family time, so we do enjoy it. I think it takes quite a bit of 'nads for these kids to get up there and try to make a name for themselves. I know I couldn't do it...'course I can't sing worth crap, either. I would be one of the novelty act scenes from early in the show.

As for my toughness, I try to be fair, but sometimes just get frustrated by "sameness" in posting - and sometimes I'm just plain drunk. That's the times when I get really smart and brave...:142smilie

Peace, out, friends, and dumbarses.

Al, have YOU accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour? ...Glass houses, my friend. ...Glass houses.:nono:

PS, most illegal immigrants are Catholics who are right with the Lord. We should be honored to have their presence, growing God's army in the Promised Land.:mj06:

i'm trying to get him to stay a week with you & a week with dtb & to come back a better man...but he'd rather stay with that hooligan in florida...

I object to him spending ANY time in the Weasels bomb shelter! My man would never be the same. Jim Jones comes to mind.

As spectacular of a social experiment it would be to send Saul into The Shelter for a week... I agree with Kosar. The risks are just too great.

As tempting as that sounds, i'll continue to only be a 'witness' to Lebron. I already said a prayer for tonights game.

My greatest fear would be Saul staggering out into the sunlight after that week mumbling shit about 'bus driver terrorists must be stopped...must be stopped.'

Holy Shnikies, I didn't understand dad's request at first. I mistakenly thought he meant Chadman and DTB - which could almost be a good idea. But WTF? Nevermind that I would emerge from the bunker all crazy in the head and shit, but what about the very real risk that I wouldn't emerge at all. ...Terrible parenting. Absolutely terrible.:nono: Reminds me of the time he left me in the car in Phoenix in July for 3 hours while he played the ponies.

"the bunker"
i don`t know....saully just might enjoy "the festivities of the basement"......

we`ve taken other "nerf herders" and straightened them out.....

kosar tells me that my buddy smurph is too skinny to qualify as wiry......that`s no biggie.....smurph isn`t the first sign carrier we`ve helped that`s a couple of fries short of a happy meal...

we find that some decent grooming and three squares a day and they're more likely to be taken seriously.....

"nerf-herders?!?"

:mj07:

I'm not sure what that is, but I'm guessing I am one for some reason. I can tell you one thing, I had the best top-of-the-key six foot jumpshot into my nerf hoop, growing up as a young (white) lad playing imaginary NBA games in my bedroom. Understand that Bob McAdoo was my favorite player, and Tiny Archibald was usually my point guard...the three of us would have beaten MJ and the Bulls back in my day, in my room.

Threw a pretty tight spiral nerf football bomb out in the street, too. I got no problem being labeled a Nerf Herder, unless you are referring to taking one of those Nerf Dart things up my arse or some such thing. I draw the Nerf line when it veers off the sporting area. And, yes, I do think we need a 5-day wait period for odd looking older kids who are purchasing those Nerf Guns at Wal-Mart these days.

At the only real company type job I had, we invented a nerf football game that we called "Sizzleball" during breaks. We'd line up 3 or 4 people on each side of the parking lot. Each person on a team would be armed with a nerf and the teams would take turns throwing them at each other. It was basically like dodgeball, with points being scored by catching - but the top objective was hitting someone. Never failed when a person would play for the first timne - they'd be suckered into catching a lob and get nailed in the face with a missile. It was a fantastic game.

Actually ....believe it or not....that actually does count. You found a loophole in the system.
