Was interesting seeing all the moderate Dems climb on Kerry and Kenndy for their remarks last night--Biden--Lieberman Mary Cahill ect.-especially super idiot Kennedy who was quoted as saying-- our troops there are not the solution--they are the problem--What is the mind set of people electing these idiots--you'd think after he opposed Reagan on every move they might havea little skeptisim in him.

I do know one thing--the conservatives are giving him,Boxer and Kerry more exposure than liberal networks.Which is not fair to the moderate dems. By giving these jokers exposure it erroneously reflects on whole party. I fear it will lead to even larger majority of elected officials next time around--and large majoity of any party is like open check book on spending.

It seems particularly inopportune for Sen. Edward Kennedy to use this moment to call the Iraq policy a catastrophe and a hopeless quagmire.

To assert with such certainty that the war is lost, especially at such a hopeful time, seems not only to be betting against our side. It presents the political dilemma that faces all war dissidents -- particularly those whose main argument is unwinnability: It tells the brave and committed soldiers on the front line they are fighting in vain.

With those words Ted Kennedy signed a death warrant for more American soldiers. Those words encouraged the people in Iraq who are trying to kill their fellow Iraqis and as many American troops as they can.

What kind of message does this send to the rest of the world? To the Iraqi people? To the other members of the Coalition? The wrong message. Then again, Ted Kennedy specializes in cutting and running. Just ask Mary Jo Kopechne.

Turf --on your issue--I think Lieberman said it best last night. He said he had 64 servicemen from Conn die in Afgan and Iraq and contacted every one of their families and all told him the same thing--don't pull out and have or sons die in vain.

To late to or maybe to early to say what they died for. If it was just for this election that would be sad. We will have these answers as time goes by. We only can say when they stand on there own. And our troops are home safe we have won. The mess it remains is hard to judge.

think hard Kosar

i know its hard for your great mind to review history, but we were there enforcing a cease-fire agreement, defend our national security interests, and now we look to have a strategic base in the region

hopefully they get that statue of GWB up soon in Baghdad so you can be reminded permanently of the great things these men gave their lives for

National security interests? Enforcing a cease-fire agreement? Ummm, ok.

A permanent strategic base will not happen.

These are the great things our troops are dying for?

Yeah, what did Iraq have to do with our national security, again?

That's good, Freeze. Very good. That is indeed why we have a military.

Kosar-

I was wondering if he was ever coming back, as well. He's been missing ever since The Beatdown in Miami on Jan. 4.

Yeah, I would dread being one of his patients, well, anytime, but especially in the days after Oklahoma got throttled. The dude isn't all there upstairs to begin with, and that game may have sent him over the edge. Welcome back, Freeze.

Yeah, in all seriousness, if you were close, that would have been fine. Don't know where you went, but if you were in Orlando, it's about 3 hours away.
