I got mine from some broad behind the old drive in, they were seasoned too. They sucked and had little or no meat that I can remember.....but those things in the picture don't look anything like mine, they look like the ones that someone ripped all the legs off of and stuck on a steam table that I spent two hours eating at the Belterra?

Watched Barbecue U this week and the dude made Blat Pit Beef. I think he's from the area. Good looking stuff:toast:

He also grilled soft shell crab that looked out of this world.

:0074 craving those bad boys today after aerating and seeding first 2 of the 14 properties today..

settled for pastrami[sp] and cheese w/bbq beans ..

enjoy..the fresh seafood..there is no finer eating in the world
