I second that notion... :mj07: If I could only play poker I wouldn't have to spend time drinking and beating a neighbor's kid...

Speaking of drunk poker play and domestic violence, did BBC survive the wife's wrath this AM? :142smilie

online gambling crackdown

online gambling crackdown

I am so sick and tired of anybody trying to regulate what I do on the premise that if I do X then Y will occur.....how about facts instead of inuendo. Legalize, tax fairly and forget about it!

no worries!!!!!!

no worries!!!!!!

I work at the golf course where Phil Ivey and Eric Lingrien play and I talked to them yesterday and they said that it will be fine. Eric told me if you get denied, then they will put 110% of the requested amount back in your account and then try it again and it will work. Hope this relieves some people who think theri money is stuck in Full Tilt.

Just thought I would pass this on....

Good luck at the tables....:mj06:

Complete bullshit-

Eric and Phil may see that 110% but you will just get your full amount if that. Those central payment agencies had something like 20+million tied up this last go-round...no way they give away 200k for free for the inconvenience.

Anyone at PokerStars that had a check bounce or sent that was no good along with the echecks were reimbursed the money plus an extra 10% of what the amount was no strings attached. For instance, if your cashout was for 5 g's, u got 500 for the hassle.

Now that being said, it is complete chaos right now for Stars and FT. Backed up more than ever less processors and more cashouts due to the BS the DOJ pulled. It's just a mess. I'm waiting on a cashout my self.

The PokerStars check thread at 2+2 has over 2000 posts already on this and that's not the only thread.

The article I read quoted upwards of 20+ million held up...are the books that desperate (or making that much money) to give away 200k like that? I guess they have a lot on the line.

Either way it's complete and utter BS. They basically put poker on the same level as crack addicts-
