my Family was originally from Virginia..
My great Grand father, Grand Father, Father and Brother all went to Tech... Had to be a Hokie Fan growing up....
Went to BC, broke tradition,
Hartford was a great town at one point....
All I have heard about Minnesota makes me want to go there
Great schools (highest SAT scores except for Mass I think) Pretty area GREAT CRUISES!!!
As for the driving... I have a theory that since Hartford is the insurance capital of the world (yea us) and the age to drive is 16 most (90% I would say) have AT LEAST one accident before they are 18 thus making for higher insurance rates thus pumping more income into our state, Yes the driving sucks but if you can brave it you can drive anywhere...
