Katie Holmes Really Is Running And She's Taking Suri With Her

spl409819_002.jpg

You know, I've been wondering why Suri Cruise hasn't been stomping the streets in her Louboutin Jr. heels. Now we know it's because she needed some sensible flats on her feet for when she needed to ruuuuuuuuuuuuuun.
Shit is getting real, because TMZ says that when Katie Holmes filed papers yesterday in NYC to legally cancel her bearding contract with Tommy Girl, she did it behind his back and he never saw it coming. So I'm guessing Suri created a diversion by having a tantrum on the floor in front of the guard guarding the locked door to Katie's windowless cell. As Suri kept the guard busy, Katie pulled away the "I Love L. Ro" poster on her wall and crawled through the hole that she's been digging for the past 5 years with a metal spoon. Then she ran to a getaway car driven by Dawson. That's exactly how it happened.

And now that Katie has de-programmed herself. She's really going hard. Katie wants sole custody of Scientology's golden child. A source tells Radar that Katie wants sole custody of Suri, because she is sick of raising her the Xenu-way and is even more sick of Suri's barley breath:
"Katie and Tom also have very different parenting views. Katie wants Suri to go to school with other children and have a grounded routine whereas Tom doesn't, he wants her schooled in the same manner as Connor and Isabella were. Tom is nowhere near as strict as Katie is and doesn't believe in disciplining Suri, whereas Katie believes that is important. Tom basically treats Suri as a little adult, however Katie treats her like a six-year-old child, and that causes some major clashes over parenting style."
Woe is Tommy. Who's he going to dress up in pink frilly dresses and parade in front of the paparazzi so he looks like a perfectly family man? I guess John Travolta is always available.

So I Guess Tommy Girl And Stepford Katie Had One Of Those Short-Term Contracts

spl344484_001.jpg

Katie Holmes and Suri are finally FREE AT LAST! This mess just in from People:
After five years of marriage, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are getting a divorce, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

"This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family," says Holmes's attorney Jonathan Wolfe. "Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest."
Every Scientologist just dropped the dick out of their mouth. Tommy Girl and Katie haven't been photographed together in what feels like eons, but I really thought they had at least 5 more years of fakery since nothing keeps a marriage going like a contract written in your own blood. NOTHING IS SACRED anymore, not even fake marriages. Brace yourselves, because we're going to be hearing about this for months or until Tommy eventually gets himself another beard wife. Then we'll do this all over again. My money's on Rooney Mara. She's young, and she looks like an alien AND a boy. Get that beard, Tommy!
Here's Katie looking like cold hell on the outside (but probably couch jumping on the inside) while leaving her NYC apartment with Suri the other day.

Tom Cruise Divorce
KATIE FILED
Wants SOLE Custody

Exclusive
0629-katie-holmes-tom-cruise-sole-custody-divorce-suri-1.jpg

Katie Holmes is the one who filed for divorce and Tom Cruise was "blindsided" by Katie's legal move ... TMZ has learned.

We know Katie filed the divorce docs in New York on June 28, citing "irreconcilable differences." She is asking for sole legal custody and "primary residential custody" of the couple's 6-year-old daughter, Suri.

We also know Katie is asking for a "suitable amount" of child support .. this according to the divorce docs.

Katie also asks for a division of property in her divorce docs, although we know there was a significant prenup that is based on California law. Katie makes no mention of the prenup in her filing.

We're told Tom is "very sad" and "did not see this coming." He was spotted wearing his wedding ring just this week while filming in Iceland. Interestingly, Katie also wore her ring this week.

We're also told there is some "nastiness" here, evidenced by Katie's move to get sole legal custody.

Tom's rep has released a statement saying, "Kate has filed for divorce and Tom is deeply saddened and is concentrating on his three children. Please allow them their privacy to work this out."

Katie's divorce petition was filed anonymously, without names.

The Eyes Of Scientology Are Watching Katie Holmes

katieholmesgettingwatched.jpg

This post definitely needs a soundtrack:

Katie Holmes is probably used to having the eyes of Scientology handlers glued to the back of her head so she doesn't take swimming lessons, fake her death on a yacht trip, run away to a small town and fall in love with Kevin Anderson. But TMZ says that since Katie Holmes is going hard at Tommy Girl by filing for sole custody of Suri, Scientology has stepped up their spying game. For the past few weeks, two SUVs have been trailing Katie's every move on the outside and several paparazzo who regularly stalk the estranged Bride of Scientology tell TMZ that the dudes driving those SUVs are not the paparazzi or from the tabloids. Cut to Katie opening up her medicine cabinet and finding that all of the butt lube bottles in there are turned with their labels facing out. They're watching you, girl!
None of this is surprising since I'm sure the top (and bottom, and versatile) queens of Scientology are not happy that Katie is trying to take away their golden child and screwing with Princess Tommy Girl. Katie has even moved out of the NYC apartment she shared with Tommy. TMZ says that in the past few weeks, Tommy has checked into a hotel every time he's been in town and hasn't slept one night in TomKat's apartment. Katie is living in a new apartment she rented weeks ago to prepare for the day she ripped her marriage contract straight in Tommy's face. Also, Katie filed for divorce in New York, because she has a better chance of getting sole custody of Suri here. But Radar says that Tommy is taking off his earrings, putting on all his chunkiest rings and slathering his face with Vaseline, because he's ready for a fight. Tommy's lawyers will respond to Katie's divorce filing this week by asking the New York court to move the case to California. Tommy will file his own divorce papers in California for both tax reasons and Suri-getting reasons. Tommy doesn't want anyone to think their primary residence is in NYC, because that will fuck with his taxes.
I bet in a galaxy nearby, L. Ron Hubbard is punching his Thetans right in the face. Now Scientology knows that the media is watching them watching Katie's ass. But still, Katie should still go to Matt Lauer's apartment and make him drool into an empty perfume bottle. Then she needs to spray the essence of glib all over her body. Those Scientology crazies won't get near that scent. Or she can just always wear a long coat made of antidepressants. Because those creepy alien whores are scarier than John Travolta's chomping-at-the-bit anus and they're really capable of anything.
Here's a few pictures of the two SUVs allegedly busting some Scientology surveillance shit on Katie. I also threw in some pictures of a sad Tommy being sad on a sad helicopter ride.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scientology_beliefs_and_practices

Scientology is defined as a set of beliefs written by founder L. Ron Hubbard. Scientology describes itself as the study and handling of the spirit in relationship to itself, others, and all of life. One purpose of Scientology, as stated by the Church of Scientology, is to become certain of one's spiritual existence and one's relationship to God, or the "Supreme Being."[1] One belief of Scientology is that a human is an immortal alien, i.e. extraterrestrial, spiritual being, termed a thetan, that is trapped on Earth in a physical body. Hubbard described these "thetans" in a "Space Opera" cosmogony. The thetan has had innumerable past lives and it is accepted in Scientology that lives preceding the thetan's arrival on Earth lived in extraterrestrial cultures. Descriptions of these space opera incidents are seen as true events by Scientologists.[2]
Scientologists believe that an individual should discover for himself/herself that Scientology works by personally applying its principles and observing or experiencing desirable results. Scientology claims that its practices provide methods by which a person can achieve greater spiritual awareness.[3] Two primary methods of increasing spiritual awareness are referred to in Scientology as "Auditing" and "Training".[citation needed] Within Scientology, progression from level to level is often called The Bridge to Total Freedom. Scientologists progress from "Preclear", to "Clear", and ultimately "Operating Thetan".
Scientologists are taught that a series of events, or incidents, occurred before life on earth.[4] Scientologists also believe that humans have hidden abilities which can be unlocked.[5][6]

that is trapped on Earth in a physical body

my reincarnated soul is not trapped in this physical body..

It dwells within this frame at this time..

Tom and his fellow follwers of this "ology" leave little wiggle room for their chilren and spouses to exercise a free thinking mind outside of the rules and regs layed out in the by-laws.

As an "aware and enlightened" human being the notion of trapped in a vehicular body is utterly absurd.

Their teachings of kindness and compassion for all are certainly good..

But it's wrong to shape the childrens minds without the other theologies explained.

I think L. Ron Hubbard was an amazing guy.

And, I don't think Scientology is any crazier than The Bible.

Read Dianetics.

If you've ever felt there was something holding you back in life, ruining your plans and stopping you from being who you want to be, you were right.
The fact is, there is a single source of all your problems, stress, unhappiness and self-doubt. it's called the reactive mind -- the hidden part of your mind that stores all painful experiences, then uses them against you.
Dianetics gets rid of the reactive mind. It's the only thing that does. With over 21,000,000 copies sold in 50 languages, and used in more than 150 nations, Dianetics brings dramatic and permanent improvement to people all over the world.
Don't live with insecurity, negative thoughts, depression and irrational behavior. Use Dianetics and get rid of your reactive mind.

Getcha a copy right here.

Afraid Tom Would Ship Suri
To Radical Scientology Org

Exclusive

The final straw in Katie Holmes' decision to file for divorce was that she was convinced Tom Cruise was going to send 6-year-old Suri away to a hardcore Scientology organization known as Sea Organization ... sources connected with Katie tell TMZ.

Sea Org, as it is known, is where the highest levels of Scientology are taught and kids as young as five can be sent to live there ... without their parents -- and our sources say Tom is a big fan.

Our sources say Katie and Tom had been arguing over Suri's indoctrination into Scientology -- and we're told the Sea Org was the flashpoint.

The Sea Org has been often compared to a boot camp and several ex-Scientologists (including Oscar winner Paul Haggis) have been outspoken against its military-like conditions. The Freewinds, the massive Scientology boat that was the location of Cruise's infamous birthday party in 2004, is entirely staffed by Sea Org members.

0701-freewinds-scientology-2.jpg

According to the official Scientology website, members of Sea Org sign "a one-billion-year pledge to symbolize their eternal commitment to the religion and it is still signed by all members today."

Katie herself has first-hand knowledge of the Sea Org. When Holmes and Cruise first hooked up in 2005, Jessica Feshbach, a prominent Scientologist who had been with the Sea Org since 1994, was transferred and became Katie's assistant/Scientology chaperone. Feshbach, in one of Katie's first interviews after getting together with Cruise, was described by a writer for W magazine as "cold-eyed" and "a third-wheel."

In the end ... we're told Katie felt the only way to save Suri from being shipped off to Sea Org was to file for divorce and seek sole legal custody.

Church of Scientology
We're NOT Tailing Katie

Exclusive
0701-scientology-1.jpg

The Church of Scientology has responded to TMZ?s story ... that Katie Holmes believes she is being followed by the Church -- they say it ain't so.

Gary Soter, lawyer for the Church, tells TMZ ... the Church of Scientology is not following Katie or conducting surveillance on her in the wake of her divorce with Tom Cruise.

As we previously reported, several vehicles have been on Katie?s tail in recent weeks, but again the lawyer says the Church is not behind it.
