MSM, I was wondering if you were still hanging around. I remember at about this time last year when you got your companies mixed up and thought you heard that it was moving to $10/share and your hands were shaking so bad, you couldn't even log onto the computer to see what had happened. :mj07: That leads me into where I think the PPS might go, and I think that if you stick around long enough, you will have the same experience again, but have the right company this time. This company seems to be making the right connections now with Aldevron and their synthetic DNA might be the next big thing in medicine. If it is, do you think this will be a sub dollar stock? I don't. If you have gotten your original money out, I would sit back and see where it goes and don't get greedy. Think about some of the other stocks like Google where their share price exploded and what they have to offer. Now think about CYGX who "MIGHT" have the technology to revolutionize the medical industry, and think what the price of this stock could be. I'm willing to wait it out and see if my gamble pays off. Still a lot of risk here, but things sure do seem to be getting better. I still haven't sold one share and I have been holding more than six years.

Good Luck, and lets have some more fun with this one. The wheels haven't fallen off yet.

I REMEMBER IT VIVIDLY. IT WAS CYBX INSTEAD OF CYGX, IT WAS CYBERONICS INSTEAD OF CYTOGENICS. IT COULDN'T HAVE BEEN ANY CLOSER. I WON'T EVER FORGET IT. WILL HOLD ON UNTIL CYGX DOES THE SAME.
MERRY CHRISTMAS

More news today. I'm just waiting for them to release something Joe stock buyer will understand. DNA has been known to sell for as much as $100,000/gram because of how long it takes to make with fermentation method. CYGX's synthetic DNA method is faster, cheaper and more pure. This is huge news, but I'm just wondering how long it will take for the general public to get a grasp for all of this new technology. Might find out tomorrow. Hope everybody has all the shares they want as I don't see it going down much from here with this news today.

Good Luck and Merry Christmas

CytoGenix Announces Completion of synDNA(TM) Production Module Prototype
12/22/2005 4:02:01 PM

HOUSTON, Dec 22, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- CytoGenix, Inc. ( CYGX ) announced that the prototype version of the synDNA(TM) production module was completed on schedule.

The device was designed specifically for the commercial production of cell-free DNA by the leading international biopharmaceutical plant design, engineering and construction firm of Alfa Laval Biokinetics, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was tested by Alfa Laval engineers and CytoGenix senior scientists. The final version will be mounted on a stainless steel cart and have the capacity to produce up to 10 grams of high-purity DNA in 24 hours.

Kurt Berens, CytoGenix, Inc. Vice President of Product Development, commented, "This is an important step in our overall plan to construct a cGMP manufacturing facility. We plan to install several synDNA(TM) production modules to meet the growing demand for clinical-grade DNA internally and from customers."

About CytoGenix: CytoGenix, Inc. is a Houston-based biopharmaceutical company that develops and markets innovative products and services based on its proprietary ssDNA expression technology. The company has developed a breakthrough synthetic process for large-scale production of high purity DNA at a fraction of the cost of traditional fermentation methods. CytoGenix currently has one issued US patent and 41 international or US pending patent applications claiming methods and materials in connection with this platform technology.

Fellas, hope you have been watching this of late. Today's news, after the bell, announced a contract with GE Health Care in pursuit of BioDefense contracts and interest. This is a huge announcement, and on the heels of the very strong PR's (see below) of the past week, our baby is poised to rocket in 2006. My patience has already paid off some, but the most fervent hopes of a huge stock seems closer than ever to reality. Still not too late, at under $1. It won't be there for long...check out the PRs of the last week:

Close at $1.08, up 16% TODAY. Volume at 2 million shares...one of the days you dream about. TJ, I am not sure about a number...I rode this thing down to the 30's and agonized over the past year. There is nothing at ALL to signal that this will retrace (other than maybe a slight pullback and some profit-taking). The worries about share options for management and the second lawsuit apparently are gone now. Management waiting to announce all of this good news until the suit was adjudicated completely in CYGX's favor, and it's been a steady stream of good news to end the year. I probably will sell off some shares to lock in complete profit sometime early next year if this continues to go as it looks like it will. Then I will ride most of my shares as high as it can take me. I truly think this is the stock of my mid-lifetime, and maybe my entire lifetime. Dare to dream. Thanks again, Captain.

Hey fellas, just got back in town from Playa Del Carmen from a little holiday trip with the family, and by the looks of the share price, maybe I ought to leave town more often. Got to like the sound of the NR's this week. TJ, in reference to your "how long before you sell" question, I can only refer back to Chadman's post as this "MIGHT" be the stock of your lifetime. If you don't need the coin right now, might as well ride the wave while the goings good. Might be a retracement here and there, but I think the sub dollar days might be behind us. Birdieman, truthfully, I don't think the real party has even started. Welcome aboard and good luck.

Thanks Birdieman. I was still in Mexico for the game, and watching college football with Spanish announcers is a little different. When I got in from the beach, it was 28-7, and I said here we go again. I just had a feeling that Spurrier was gonna give Pinkel a little lesson in how to plan for a game, but Brad Smith pulled it out for him. Keep an eye on the back up QB, Chase Daniel. I don't think there is gonna be a big drop off in that area, although he is a different style QB. Might be some bettting oppurtunities early in the year with the oddsmakers thinking it might be some sort of rebuilding year with Smith graduating.

Hopefully we will be getting some more tasty NR's in the near future to keep this rally going. Good Luck to you and keep your head down and take dead aim. :mj07:

CytoGenix Announces Results of synDNA(TM) Smallpox Vaccine Study
CytoGenix, Inc. (OTCBB:CYGX) announced positive results of an animal study designed and conducted by the laboratory of Dr. David Weiner at the University of Pennsylvania Medical School Philadelphia. These tests demonstrated that a CytoGenix technique for generating synthetic DNA vaccines called synDNA(TM) as an smallpox vaccine, was highly potent in generating an immune response.

DNA vaccines are comprised of genes that confer immunologic protection by producing antigens without the need to expose the body to pathogenic organisms. For this study, CytoGenix scientists prepared a synDNA(TM) vaccine containing a gene sequence provided by Dr. Weiner that produces a protein that is an essential component of the smallpox virus.

Scientists in Dr. Weiner's laboratory tested and compared levels of antibodies and killer T cells produced in mice by the synDNA(TM) smallpox vaccine to a traditional plasmid DNA vaccine. The synDNA(TM) vaccine generated immunoglobulin and T cell levels in test animals several times greater than a comparable plasmid DNA vaccine produced by bacterial fermentation.

Dr. David B. Weiner, Associate Professor, University of Pennsylvania Medical School, Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, a leading expert in DNA vaccines, commented, "We are impressed with the results from this study, the data, while preliminary are exciting."

Frank Vazquez, CytoGenix, Inc.'s Executive Vice President and COO, commented, "These results confirm the effectiveness of synDNA(TM) vaccines in producing substantial immunologic activity. The positive results we have achieved with our DNA vaccine tests are an excellent foundation for developing vaccines against biodefense related targets and for Avian Influenza H5N1."
