Can't imagine your USA dental company will work outside the US........no way.

Um.. Not a snowballs chance. And that should tell u something right there. We aren't talking a crown here. They are placing a titanium screw into your jaw. Want to chance losing feeling in half your jaw for the rest of your life to save a few k? I wouldn't.

I'd almost bet that one would have less problems with shit dentists in CR than they do here in the states.

And for a lot less money too.

Either way do your homework, hawkeye. I checked it out about a year ago and I would feel very comfortable going there. I can get your a referral from sportsbook owners and employees if you want.

Agree. So if the worst case happens, which place would be better to have it happen? Don't know much about the CR legal system. Still think its funny that the big dogs gambling thousands per year on the outcome of a game yet want to travel overseas to save 1200$.

yes but no adults so to be honest I don't place implants. I think the advice you got is good...you can always take the tooth out and see how you do. Chances are you won't miss a beat...lots of people walking around missing a tooth here and there and they're surviving. I think the biggest thing if you go that route is asking how it will impact things should you decide to get the implant in the future. Teeth hold bone and removing the tooth may mean more future grafting....or it may not. It would be good to check.

another good suggestion would be to look for close dental school. here in se pa, penn university has a huge dental program. not that huge/ complicated of a procedure. the pay off is it's a fraction of the cost of a regular dentists.
