Sure the Colts are the better, more finely tuned team on paper and Peyton should get his early and often..But destiny and voodoo are powerful things and for some reason (not just because I love New Orleans and am rooting for a Super Bowl Championship for the city and the people of that city) I think something very unusual happens in this game that enables the Saints to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat..It could be a controversial call by a referee or some Franco-harris type play but I just feel it coming... we'll see.

Saints 33-31.

If that last finish in the VIKES game did not show some sort of destiny going on here I dont know what would!!!
I already got out my tissue box and started balling when they were in FG range with under a minute left.....they were done!!!:box2:

Then the penalty.......then the pick.........then the coin toss.........then the drive down the field and the winning FG!!!
WOOHOO....destiny!!!

SAINTS plus the PTS
SAINTS Money LINE
SAINTS OVER

Locked and loaded!

haha destiny? really? if that's what you resort to so be it. I'll take the general any day over your "destined" team that lost to the bears in their last NFC championship. Back then they were talking about destiny weren't they? ya!

What are you going to do with your time when The "general " retires? You are clearly entering a dangerous situation with this infatuation you have with him.

he's wishes he was Peyton. and I can honestly say i don't have a manning jersey. My favorite colts player is gary brackett and so that's who jersey i have.

Peyton manning is the general and every man should have a man crush on his greatness.

Oh Boy this is what I was afraid of the term your using "Man Crush" is a pre cursor to psycho social behavior. Please don't stalk or send photos to him maybe in time you will grow out of this:sadwave:

Good post. This goes right into what Shelprok was discussing in his earlier thread about the Super Bowl Referee Crew being led by Scott Green. Looking atonly this year under Scott, his games have gone 13-3 for the DOG?!? :scared Also he's had several very questionable calls from what I read about him.

I agree that this could be a factor late 4th quarter...

this stat along with all the public love really has me worrying. I don't buy anyone saying that the Colts roll the Saints. It's just stupid to think that from NO's body of work this season. I truly believe this game will be close and BOL to all who are betting on this game. As for me, I won't bet on the game and will just enjoy it.

plus he was ref in pack/az playoff game. Az opened as a 3 point fav. by game time pack were fav. by 3. Everyone saw how that game ended. Former nfl ref bill corrola now head of big ten officiating was on a local sports talk show explained the rule tried to explain what ref was looking at and his conclusion was it was a blown call by green along with missing the helmet to helmet 2 plays earlier.Coincidence, just missed it, imcompetence call it what you want but you can't deny the trend with this guy.You can go to espnmilwaukee.com and on jason wildes page read corollas comments. The host of the show Steve True who did the interview said he would put it back up on his podcast.
