and yes, as you mentioned, the mexican selling fruits mentioned that they were headed to a camp, ridiculous

they showed him cutting the rope with the knife that magically appeared in his hands.
or how Liddy ( the private investigator) knew that dexter was coming out to the van to get him, so he set up an ambush.
so horrible.
I agree with you guys on the knife part. I did my "WTF?" while it was going on. The other part (although predictable in any show) is when the car flipped at the camp. As soon as he gets out of the car he crawls into Jordan.
I think they could have done a lot better with the episode if they had made it a 2 hour finally instead of trying to jam it all into 1 hour.
Looks like Quinn and Dexter will have some interesting interaction in future episodes.

the flipped car was left there.
Didnt see Dexter wipe his prints from it. Wasnt wearing gloves.

I was hoping that Dexter would stay with the female whacker. No one could recover from what she went through.
On the real side.
Dexter has divorsed from his sister on the show.
Dexter was able to overcome Hodgins cancer this past season, and did not let anyone on the show know he was going thru it.

and how did some random fruit peddler know there was a camp down there and how was jordan's past sufficiently not explored to realize the whole camp angle
and i cant be sure, but when jordan first drove in, there were cranes implying a construction crew...why would they put those cranes in there if they weren't gonna have any people around..it made the scene even sillier
Just watched the finale..I yelled " don't end like this??? BOOOOMMM ... credits.

also, the ending was pretty predictabe
i hate how convenient the show is becoming for dexter until the end, i.e. got to destroy the painting before hand, travis intercepted the lab techs package to dexter, etc
the lab tech is a very interesting x factor, he is up to somethin

1. This season started off slow, but then it really picked up the last 4 episodes. I started to really see the character in Hanks.
2. Awesome ending! I want more!!! I knew she was going to be there but was still surprised to see her show up.
3. The lab tech is going to be a villain.....I can feel it.
