So this guy leaves his dog in a car with the windows up the engine is not running and was Inside Costco for a half hour.
A woman called the cops while I was standing next to the vehicle looking at the dog. The dog love to be in severe distress so I went to my car and grabbed a tire iron.
The woman called the police again and asked where the cop was before I broke the window.
The dispatcher said the cop is almost there and not to break the window.
The cop arrived and called to other cops on St. including a K-9 unit.
Several cops went inside the store and came back out with this piece of shit.
The guy was fined and has to go see a judge. I don't know the dollar amount.
