Or, it means I keep track, OR it means I can request a win/loss statement via my players card. Neither of those are easily insult-able so you probably didn't bother to think of those options.

which means your wife controls every dime you spend........request a won/loss statement????

Actually, I told the cashier she could have it. I never even looked at my numbers, I just asked her to check my ticket.

Oh, ok....You can't trust a customers word over a couple hundred dollar pool cover but you'll take the word of a minimun wage cashier if you won 1/2 a Billion Dollars or not.......Makes sense to me........:0003

I'm not sure why it would be funny if she did, but whatever.

Before you continue to act like a fool on this issue you probably need to ask yourself why someone would actually need a win/loss statement.

I bet someone else will answer before you, but I hope you continue to chime in and make yourself look like a bigger ass when someone let's you know what that statement is actually used for.

So what you are saying is you are claiming your $3.00 per hour winnings (your words, not mine) as taxable revenue to the IRS? And how many hours was that, pray tell? 100? 200? Can't be more than that if wifey controls you. You do have to work for a living I would venture to guess. Your turn to respond.

edit: sorry you are taking your 3.00 per hour LOSSES as a deduction, my bad. Guess gambling for a living is not in your future, but I am glad your wife lets you do it. :toast:

But, you can only take gambling losses as a deduction IF ___ ____ ________ __ ______.

Fill in the blanks if you can.

Otherwise, yes I work for a living. I have never implied otherwise. My wife does not work. She does not control me, nor do I control her.

She does keep track of the budget so I don't have to and she does let me know how much we have available to spend each month. I'm not sure why that makes me less of a man in your opinion. I would think that just makes us responsible.

I guess you definition of being a man is blowing money at the casino despite not having it to spend just to show your wife who's boss?

That is as asinine as saying men drink beer, ladies sip wine.

Everyone send penguinfan your losing tickets so he can use them to offset the losses against all his winnings this year.

It's funny, you are the one who started on me about why I would need a win/loss statement and now that you find out you simply made an ass of yourself in the process you still try to play it off like I'm in the wrong here.

You need help.

I needed it to offset a taxable win I had earlier in the year. Why is that so wrong in your eyes? Is there anyone here who would not do exactly the same?

You are trying so hard to insult me that you made an ass out of yourself. There is no shame is just quitting at this point, wine sipper.
