One of my co-worker's (A thin chic with no need to lose weight) said she is doing the cereal diet.

What is it? (I ask)

It's where you buy 7 boxes of cereal. You eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast and one for lunch. (Each day has it's own box, hence 7 boxes)

For dinner you eat a bowl of cereal with a piece of fruit.





I could never do this. Could you?

Seems to be going around the DFW area, a kid on my soccer team had it for 5 days. I've never thrown up for 5 days, two is the most for me.
