Great job on the brisket...once you get the hang of these things, its hard to cook on anything else...

Another cooking feature I'm getting more into with the BGE is using it for Dutch Oven recipes...pot roasts, chili, ribs & sauerkraut...whatever...just stick it in there for the prescribed time and whatever temp needed...leave the lid off for a smokey flavor if need be...GL
