Believe it or not there was a trace of pink in the center and she wouldn't eat it. :142smilie

I can't take her to a nice steak restaurant because a lot of them will NOT make it well done.

That Binions NY Strip is the best steak I ever had and it's always the same. Damn good. I'm not a big steak guy either. They make it perfect for me.
