I don't like it.

I know somebody will say I've never tried theirs or it wasn't prepared right but I'll never know because I'll never eat it again.

And you can't trick me either, that's been tried. I'll spit it right out.

If you ever get to Zed 451 in Chicago try it there . They have it often on the buffet . Then tell me u dont like it.

You absolutely must trim off all the fat. That is where the gamey taste comes from. Young does are the best. Bucks for summer sausage and sticks only. Its all in how you prepare it. Never eat anything from the dumb fuck that left it in the back of his truck, or had it tied on the hood of his jeep for a week showing everybody.

Venison should have a sweet taste to it if its prepared right. Biggest mistake that most do is over cook.
