I will let it go, not going to mention it again, FDC the voice of reason :0008

There are more people than just FDC who make reasonable points.

Just because you are stuck in the days of the Elizabethan Era or the Spanish Inquisition, you are the one who has to catch up with the times.

You know what bro, I hope you do. It will be a nice release for you too, not to have to have to deal with all that negativity. Now the trick is to actually see it through. What I mean is, Wineguy and Angela may still be a bit pissed at you, which they should be and is their right, so if in the future a comment is made. Let it go, roll off the ole back if you will.

I don't deny you take a lot of heat on here, much of it deserved, some not. That doesn't mean you can't just ignore it and try to be the best person you can be. That's what Dad's do man.

Hope that helps,
FDC

all of my friends like sports mainly football, gambling and without a shadow of a doubt WOMEN...I was the popular kid in school with many opinions that rubbed some the wrong way...I stand up for myself and if people do not like it, fuck em...I have always been insensitive and I do not care, that is me...political correctness is not me...

I have nothing negative to say about IM, he is a valuable poster here, doesn't matter to me that he is gay, he doesn't bash me and respects my opinion right or wrong...I wish more here were like him

wineguy on the other hand hates me for calling his step kid a homo, if he wouldn't have posted it I would have never known...I tried to apologize and he will not accept it, so be it...life goes on...he is not a real man, real men accept apologies and move on, I think his wife pulls all the strings at his house...

You really just do not get it. Nothing to accept from you. Scumbag. Thank you to others on here that do.

Insecure that others might think that you don't like the ladies. Check.

I was the popular kid in school

I'm sure you were. More insecurity. Check.

Another lie. If you stood up for yourself you would have gotten in some fights. :mj07:

This is boring me, it's like trying to teach a monkey how to use hand tools.

Once again, the topic has spun away from it's original intent and turned into a pissing contest.

I'm sorry for participating in it, and for keeping it going.

You just can't change stupid.

I will give 100% effort to avoid anymore confrontation which involves HH myopic, xenophobic, (look it up hog) posts.

Peace

I stay out of Hedgegate more often than not because I am pretty non-confrontational. No fist fights in my life either!
Hedge deserves most the shit he gets, as he is one of the least self-aware person I ?know?.
He calls it a persona, I call it a caricature.
That being said, it?s come to a point where it does dominate too much of the conversation and he gets shit for stuff he did long ago when it is totally apropos of nothing.
Takes two to tango, and for some reason everyone wants a turn at dancing with Hedgie.

You are definitely one of the more level headed guys around here and I'm glad you choose madjacks for a place to offer your thoughts. :toast:

I discovered offering my thoughts is safer than offering my sports picks. Been a rough... decade.

I would have to agree with Jaek on this one Fek. You are a good poster on here and you usually do supply a very good look on things. I have lost my temper on here before and understand it. I also understand that HH brings things on himself.

I personally, will never understand why some people feel they have a right to restrict others freedoms based on any given freedom of choice, whether it be sexual preference, religion or atheism, etc... Nor do I comprehend how anybody can have their self righteous egotistical ass on display by actually thinking that their opinion matters to anyone.

I will bite too. Agree that hobby should equal fun. Here are mine.....

1. Koi pond, have 6000 gallons and 15 koi that are mostly 20-24 inches and 3 that are 10-15 inches. Eat out of your hand and all named. When in town, sit out back with waterfalls running, feed koi, and do this while drinking...

2. Wine, my second hobby. Fun is finding good bottles at a bargain, and finding great "value" bottles for everyday quaffing with friends, and just drinking with a good cigar, by the pond, listening to frogs and crickets, and watching frogs get insects in the pond lighting. During the day, total wildlife around pond and out front as I love......

I could see myself enjoying this :0008

Well said, FDC. This goes for a lot of posters here. HH does bring on some of the grief he gets, but there is also some piling on too. Many of the posters here in this thread are self righteous need to look in the mirror about their opinions/beliefs before casting stones.

I am definitely guilty of showing my ass before but I have tried to curtail that bs somewhat. Hedge is a human being and since I've never met anyone here that isn't a class cat. I have to assume that Hedgie is prolly a fairly fun dude also. The piling on gets old I'm sure but he got after Wineguy the other day too when he could have avoided it. I am pretty safe in saying that Wineguy is always going to dislike hedgehog and he has every right to. Hedgie made a dumbass statement that he hasn't really backed off of yet. People take themselves waaaay too seriously.

Fair post. You seem like a cool, level headed guy. Oh, and there are some people on here that do take themselves waaaaaaay too seriously. No doubt about that.
