Earlier in the week, I was actually leaning toward MD and played them +6. However, the more I look at this game, the more I realize that Duke will probably win. Duke's recored when they have 3 or more days rest is 13-2. MD's is only 7-9. I think these two teams matchup fairly evenly. However, I give a huge coaching advantage to Coach K. Coach K is 6-2 in the seminfinal game of the final four. Williams has never been here before. Also, I think Boozer, is starting to round into shape and will give them a lift off of the bench. His being out was probably a blessing in disguise as it gave Christian and Love some minutes and confidence. Duhon's confidence has to be on the rise on after hitting those key 3's last game. I am reluctant to give the points as this would have been a loser in all three games between the two this year. So, I think the play is the on the moneyline. As a hedge I played Md -1.5 rbs, if Md wins they will have to dominate the boards.
Also, played MSU -1.5 rebounds against zona.
Would like to hear contrary opinions as every way I look at this game Duke wins. It kind of reminds me of the second UNC where duke blew them out. Everyone thought UNC had thier number and with boozer out, would be an easy unc win. With a weeks preperation Coach K will have the team ready.
