They shut the inside game down by playing the
1-3-1 zone. It was a good plan because it forced Kentucky outside to shoot the 3 's . What lost the game for Kentucky was their ego. They felt superior and could not accept the fact that WV was going to beat them. They should have stuffed it inside no matter what happened, and they would have won that game. They also can thank Coach Calapari for that lost. Horrific coaching
