I think you've got it.
It is correct that DVDshrink will rip the movie and place it in a folder our your chosing. The file is designated as "name of movie".ISO. Movies that are encrypted (all of them) require more shrinking to fit on to a single DVD that is single layer. Thats why I use the decrypter program first, but it is not mandatory. You will have options when you run 'shrink that allows you "re-author" the movie. You will be able to remove any trailers that precede the actual movie and any credits that scroll after the movie. This helps reduce the size that remains for burning. It's a very simple process to do, but a little difficult to explain.
THe only thing you'll still need is a program to actually burn the DVD. There are a number of them as some have pointed out here.
Open your burner program, select the movie, and burn baby burn....
