Hey BTJ,
Ebay does give out your contact information to anyone that you actually have a transaction with. You can do the same with him buy going to

http://cgi3.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?userInformationRequest

As for him doing anything to you legally, it probably wont happen. What he will do is leave negative feedback for you and file a non paying bidder policy against you and then will file for credit from ebay. Here are the penalties of not paying :

First offense: warning
Second offense: warning
Third offense: indefinite suspension

If you want to actually try to be some what helpful since you did win the auction, you should atleast offer to pay the listing fee and whatever credit .. maybe you can save an offense and not get the negative feedback. Hope this helps ya out.

Look here for more info also
http://pages.ebay.com/help/basics/f-npb.html

take care

 Teddy

And as for your other problem, you have to remember its Xmas time so the post office is probably loaded up. And yes Ebay has its benefits but certainly is a pain in the @ss..... I've been burned for 350 bucks and to tell you the truth there isnt much they can do to help you to recover all funds. You should have sent the money via paypal but they are cock a doodle doos also. But give it time, im still waiting for Nike Shox that I payed for last Saturday. I'm gonna snap if I dont get them tomorrow. Hope that helps...

Slip, You should shut up!!!!

I never got the sportsbook account for the fantasy baseball league you had years ago. I let that go, because I'm not going to fight with scum over a little bit of money.

Funny thing is I'm more pissed about the idea of you screwing with Olympic they are a solid book, and are fair with customers.

You'll learn about karma one day, hopefully you already have.

I'm just happy that somebody stiffed you, like you did me. Makes me feel like there is balance in the world.

beanhead

I was a witness to this. As I recall they were in a contest and had to provide a certain number of wagers.

When it became clear that beanhead could not win with his last five plays, he dissappeared in shame for two months.

No one said to never make the final plays. That was something beanhead came up with so as not to lose.

Then there was another contest where beanhead was trying to take over Nick Douglas page in free picks. He couldnt even hit
50% in that one.

Just the facts Loser:thefinger

Well afer seeing posts by btj over the last several months I can say it would be righteous karma if he got pimped over on his golf clubs purchase. If this guy is for real it speaks pretty poorly of Bahhston. Somehow I think its all BS but entertaining.

As for eBay, it might help to actually read the rules before bidding.

Sheesh!
