Ebay Help

Bought and paid for an item 12 days ago and nothing showed up. I emailed the guy and and he said he has been busy but it could possibly ship today. What the hell kind of answer is that?

So if I want to tell this bozo to forget it is there a way to get my money back?

I would contact Ebay and let them know immediately that you are having problems. Share with them your attempts to contact the seller and his "answer".

Agree. I buy on eBay at least 2 times a month. Never had any problems except for one purchase on 2006. Ebay/Paypal took care of it once I told them about it.

Long story short-lady bullshitted me saying in an email that she was in a car accident. Found her phone number online, called and spoke with her 12 year old son. He said she wasn't in a car accident at all. Fucking whore.

If you paid with Paypal, you need to open a complaint with them, they have buyers protection.

Ebay has horrible customer service, just fuking horrible.

I've made many transactions on both sides and never had a problem. I had 2 difficulties as a buyer but finally settled with no help from eBay!

Its been 14 days and still no item. In fact, with no explanation to me the guy changed the arrival date from July 17th to Aug 1st! WTF?

So I "opened a case" with ebay. explained what happened and requested a refund. Lets see if anything happens..

Feel silly makeing a stink about such a ridiculous item but its the prinicpal of the thing damnit!

Ebay will contact the seller and give them about 7 days to deliver on the service.

Ebay will refund you up to $200 on a transaction and that is all.

My dad go ripped off trying to buy a Navigational GPS for his airplane from a guy who had his account hacked to sell it.
Ebay sent a notice not to pay it a day after he did. All Ebay offered was $200 out of a $1200 buy.
Paypal and CC companies protect you better than Ebay does.

Very accurate; horrible for many years! Try to find a phone number for eBay customer support...

I think ur just stuck waiting. Once u get ur item, leave a negative feedback and move on. Ur at the mercy of this douche.

don't you have to pay through paypal if you use ebay?

ive had issues with paypal and they are very good at refunding if you run into a problem in my experience, so i would open a complaint up with them
