I DO like these for today:
2nd Race
taking the no. 2 top/bottom exactas w. 4,8 and no. 3 top/bot w. 4,8. FROM NOW ON I'M GONNA WRITE PLAYS LIKE THIS AS -> 2,3 key boxes with 4,8. I make a lot of plays like this.
4th Race
Plenty of stuff (BTW, the last day Philly ran a complete card the "magic" nos. did REAL good).
1-3-6 tri box
2-6 zacta box
6/2,3,4/2,3,4 trifectas
and just to WIN #8 for insurance and maybe some more depending on his odds (M.L. is 6-1). Doesn't cost that much for just $2 exotic tickets and this looks like a good race.
There's a horse in this race, London Eye, no. 6 (10-1) that doesn't figure in this race at all. I see he's got a new trainer and a new jockey, "Christopher Ho", .. Hmmm, maybe it's a she?.. . Jockey, who I never heard of, gots one terrible record too. BUT, as you can see, I got him pretty much everywhere. Reason is that I really liked that horse the last time he ran, the best capping sheet also Luved him and he was a longshot too. I think ALL the "wise guys' were on him as well and he went off at around half of his morning line. He ran evenly which is a nice way of saying he sucked. Now every horseplayer has been through this before.. you know where I'm going with this, right?.. .. the next time the dang hoss runs he wins at double that former morning line and you ain't got a cent on him. IF HE LOOKS GOOD IN THE PRERACE, I'll put something on him for W/Pl (place = half the Win bet). I AM playing him in the exotics just like I wrote no matter what though.
6th Race
What the hell is this one all about.. a $5K ALLOWANCE race ?? Sheesh. And the hosses have speed ratings like stake sprinters .. WTH?? (H for "hell"). I know these horses well but it turns out to be competitive as all hell. Tough, tough race .. but will be more exciting than the dang tennis this morning for Philly fans. Don't recommend anybody tails (like anybody was planning too :mj07 but I gotta play this race.
Key zacta boxes 1,2 w. 6,8. Check out the 6,8 odds cause I think at least one of them may make a very nice W/PL/Sh play. I gotta see what they look like. Exactas are for more than a stinkin 2 bucks.
7th Race

Don't see this race coming up with any of the usual middle price winners.. like 8 - 14 bucks; looks like either a short priced favorite or a nice Philly win payoff. The payoff one may be the no. 2 (10-1) - gets Flores which is a big plus, excellent trainer, and is consistant as any in here. Nice workout after a short layoff and even some more good stuff for this one. Either Win/Place and MAYBE the ole 3x the amount to Show ALSO. Check the odds.
I'll do the rest during the skipped races.
