Brisket is done, wrapped in foil and a towel and sitting in the cooler.
Baby backs are smoking.
Shrimp gets steamed at 630.

Shrimp salad sandwiches today and maybe a brisket sandwich as well.
My brisket was the best I ever had. Seriously!
The shrimp are always solid but I personally would have used more Old Bay, like double, but most don't like the heat.
The ribs sucked but the guests liked them. I want my ribs to fall off the bone and this cooked failed in that department. At least they are all gone and I don't have to feel guilty for wasting them.
