I feel bad for you guys who lost dough. But did anyone really not see this coming? Online poker - like it or not and whether it makes sense or not - was indisputably illegal. Same w sports. Thats why I have only played w locals - win or lose I dont have to worry about my money.

I do have some bad news though - talked to a US Attorney friend and his understanding is that DOJ will work VERY hard to not let players ever see their money again.
