I don't think Zimmerman will be convicted based on the laws and based on things we just have no way of knowing.

They have to prove without doubt that he did this and I just don't think you can do that in this case.

They probably would have had better success trying him for manslaughter, but they were under pressure to try him for murder and the outcry if it was a manslaughter charge would be immense.

Not saying I agree with the guy and his actions but I don't think he will be convicted based on the case they have against him.

His innocence or guilt will have nothing to do with what type of person Trayvon was. You can't decide a case based on emotion and what you THINK Zimmerman should have done or done differently.

Laying- I know what you are saying but when 911 tells you "we don't need you to do that." They also tell him to wait for police. He shoulda figured it out. I know it's a technicality though.

But I don't know for sure, what if it was a 13 year old girl he is following? Is it against the law to stalk a minor? I don't know, I know itht wxample is apples to oranges but if some adult was following my 17 year old nephew cause he had a hoodie on I would be pissed, I would call th police about an adult stalking my nephew who is a minor

Maybe he should have stopped when she told him he didn't have to but there was nothing wrong with him doing it and the lead investigator said so.

I don't think you can consider it stalking, no matter what age the kid is, once he called 911 to tell them what he was doing. Now if he's just following around a 13 year old girl then yeah we all know it would be wrong.

you dont use facts. you never use facts whenever you post your fucking bullshit whether it be here or in the political shithole.

you post your own fucked up opinion and conclusion after you see something some place else. example, you see a news headline saying THC was in his system, but dont bother to collect any facts such as the pretty significant fact that traces can be found up to 30 days after the drug is used. you draw your own conclusion based on your opinion of him. and your opinion of him is negative because he is black and you are a racist bigot fuck.

the only original thoughts you post are your bigot racist bullshit because that is what you are.

to put into perspective how great your original thoughts are, you posted earlier today that Obama was hired to bring the country down from the inside.

I'd ask why you continue to come on here and embarrass yourself but when you dont have anyone who takes you seriously after years of being a jackass, I guess there is no reason to worry about what you post and how it makes you look.

He only got skittles... Anyone that has ever gotten high before knows that skittles isn't enough to cure the munchies.

He wasn't high

I mean to comment on this earlier. The fact that he made it known on FB postings that he liked "purple drank" or "lean" does make him having skittles something. He also had the tea on him at the time. So for everyone saying he was just a kid with skittles on him really need to look more into the case.

Again this doesn't mean he should have been shot but this isn't like your son coming back from the store eating his skittles. This is the same concoction that helped ruin a lot of people.

Hedge, I can promise you if he was high from smoking then the chances of him being the one wanting to fight would have been a lot lower. Weed has ZERO % chance of making him want to fight.

Where it is real F ing COLD
I spent a couple years floating and some float shift were in the ER, I'm sure nickmet can attest to this.

There is far more tragedy and human suffering caused by alcohol rather than weed
