Whoever came up with these should go straight to hell. Is there anything worse that getting something delivered (Amazon, etc) in a huge box, with a small item in the middle of the box, surrounded by thousands of those white packing peanuts?
We are in a community where all cardboard boxes need to be cut up and tied together for easier recycling (which is a good thing)... but those damn peanuts make it a tougher task. First you have to get all those stupid things in a garbage bag, which will remain un-decomposed in a landfill forever. And those dang things - they have static in all of them - so no matter what you do, they end up clinging to your hands, boxes, floors, you name it.
Just an rant - but why doesn't everyone use the newer plastic air bags instead, which are much easier to clean up and deal with?
