F1 2014 season

[Snafu]

last season went well, +25u. hoping good season again :0074

so it's back but very, very different as we used to know F1. It's interesting
to see how much slower cars are than year ago. Currently around 2 secs/lap.


I think teams haven't shown all their aces and we will have some surprises.
I will splash some units and hope to break even :mj07:

Only tip i can give is to shop around for good odds, for example Button to
win qual bet365 +1600, Pinny +2135...

about Mercedes, rumour, or fact actually, is that their engine, or PUI, has fundamental technical
solutions that other teams can't copy and this season is pretty much over.
Their turbochargers in-out sides are separated so it doesn't need that much cooling
and air sucked in is cooler. That also means that engine requires smaller intercoolers.
And that means less weight and better aerodynamics.

testing and engine rules.

100kg of fuel + 1600cc + electric power unit = 720hp :SIB
cars having higher top speeds and less down force makes
huge difference with tyres and tyre wear.

decent race -2.7u, 0.089 seconds away collecting ++units.... :facepalm:
safety car messed race up, Hamilton was using medium tyres with his fastest
lap and Rosberg was on soft compound lapping only 0.088 seconds faster one.

new sounds like cars bottom hitting the track and sounds of
electric system.
