Cant liberate anyone till they stand up and do it for them self. We can't win Fallujah either no matter what B S were told. Unless those people want it over with. This city is about the size of 20 sq miles. It will always have killing and bombing going on till the civilians take charge. We have paid billions of dollars developing weapons. Why? A good guess would be to be used as a deterent. To make the Iraq's and Irans's of the world think...hmmmm look that guy will kill us if we step out of line. For the most part it works. But sometimes it doesn't work. Our weapons do not strike fear into the oposition. The more we don't use them the more they lose their effectivness. Level Fallujah or whoever gets out of line. Then see if the next city spits on you. I am against this war and the men who sent us there but now that we are there we should fight to win.
